This is a beautiful Chip N Dip Dish by the Cal Style Pottery Co, the dish has four compartments so it can be very useful and handy, the dish has a very nice adornments in a for of mushrooms on each side and one in the middle, the color is dark brown which makes a great contrast with the other colors on it (red, and yellow).
It is marked as Cal Style USA, model 2532.
